DON - the smears I've had have always been done by a nurse not a doctor, it might be the same at your surgery?

Confuzzled - hope all goes well for you friend today.

SirM - it must be really upsetting for you, sending your little one lots of good vibes.

I've just started getting morning sickness again at 38 weeks (well sickness at any time of the day if I haven't eaten for a while), though I don't get it as bad as some others - the only time I have been physically sick with it was a couple of days ago and I think that's because I was doing housework when I hadn't eaten for a while.

Congrats to all the Bank Holiday Mummies. Are Kitkat and Courgette holding out for Sept babies - so they can be the oldest in the class?

Hngrymummy - sorry you're still so sickly - brave booking the dentist then.

I had my anomaly scan today - all is fine, so will probably be the last time I see my baby's insides!! Didn't bother with photos as the shots were as blurry as last time.

hngrymummy - sorry to hear you are still suffering with morning sickness, mine went at 18/19 weeks so hopefully yours will go soon, though mine did come back again for a few weeks around 27ish weeks. finger crossed.

Rach - glad you got to work ok today and glad you listening to courgettes advice. But i know how horrible it feels to stop doing everything - its like admitting that your body has beaten you, but it will be worth it. xx

I had to get an emergancy doctors appointment this morning. I have been having severe pain in the lower right hand side of my stomach that was much higher than the pelvis and away from the hip bone. It lasts about 1-3 hours at a time and i literally cannot move when it comes on. Hubby has been worried (first time for everything) and announced at 6am this morning that he wasnt gong to work and wanted to take me to the doctors as i cant drive and can hardly walk even with crutches.
Doctor checked baby and baby is fine, but she thinks its all the nerves around my stomach that are going into spasm and is probably connected to the SPD. I have to go back in 2 days for her to check again and see if it is still the same, and go back straight away if it gets any worse.
I have been in so much pain since she examined me, but am so glad it doesnt seem to be affecting baby. It seems it has taken this for hubby to finally worry about me and he has been running around the house doing the house work and bringing me things, bless him!!

Fuzz - I work with men (only 3 other women on site), and I think they are all secretly hoping I do it quickly so they can help deliver. My plan is leg it home mightly quickly - coudn't live it down if they did have to actually help!

Bunny - you cant bold me yet, still have a few hrs to EDD. Being bold is far to ary. Whilst I'd like to meet my little one, I am secretly still hoping the stork delivers him overnight!!!!!

Hi everyone, sending hugs to you fuzz and your friend. Just had my driving lesson, am getting better. Three point turn much better. Need to make sure i get enough sleep for the next one for my concentration. I have seen on fb that Kitkat has had her baby from people congratulating her, but she hasn't posted her self on there.
