:hello: I have another work exam I'm supposed to be studying for so it feels like I'm back to school with all the reading & note making. Ah well, at least it will all be over on Friday.... until they decide we all need another blooming qualification! :rotfl:

No worries, to be fair I was looking for any excuse to get away from "Alternative Residential Lending" (part of the advanced CeMAP qualification) Thanks for the luck, hopefully I'll know the stuff so well that I won't need any but..... can never have enough of it especially on here!

hey guys , not sure if this is the right place but im looking to find a competition still running that I can enter a picture of myself in my fancy dress costume for Halloween. I have tried looking but to no avail.
