hi, i have also signed up for the program and blah blah what others are saying....getting to the point, i got a message from nielsen confirming that the handsets have been shipped and that i shall recieve them by the end of this week or possibly the next.....am waiting eagerly for the ring on my doorbell!!!!

The person on the phone said that they will send you an email once the phone has been dispatched and what to do next, such as the surveys and when you will receive them.

Can't wait!

Got my email yesterday saying that the N8's have been sent out!
They cannot provide exact delivery dates, but they can assure me that I will be receiving a handset within the next few days

I got a reply from them today, and they said they were all in the post and should arrive in the next few days. However, I never got the e-mail saying mine had been sent, that others have reported getting.

Thanks for the number! Gave them a call and got the same story, should recieve next week according to the Girl on the other end who checked my details but she could not say exactly when.
