half a pint milk,
1 oz butter
1 table spoon flour
a good hanful of cheese
melt butter add flour and make a paste, add milk bit at a time stir in cheese and season, you could also add a bit of mustard for flavour

Brown mince in the frying pan, put it in a casserole dish with veg of your choice, 2 beef stock cubes and about a pint of water. Cook at around 170°C for 90 mins or so. Serve with other boiled veg inside big Yorkshire puds. My boys love this meal.Here I go again on my own....0
