Hi
You can cancel or migrate after the 3 month period is up, you just have to give 30 days notice. So after 2 months you can then place your cease or migration order, have a look here

I lost my Tiscali internet access, spent over three hours in lots of 0871 numbers and got exactly nothing. No help, and they have even deducted my credit card despite not having their service.

Suppose it is swings and roundabouts. I have been with tiscali for over two years firstly as pyg internet access then for broadband. Only ever had one problem when they upgraded the local exchange but CS sorted it for me within a few minutes. Otherwise had no problems and CS has always been helpful - think sometimes it is luck of the draw. As for reasonable use the eldest son does online gaming, chat and we use it for email etc and have never had any problems or warnings. Might help your decisions........0

Right then.....I'm disconnecting my dial up now......hopefully I'll be back on Wed with Freeola.......fingers crossed!0

Tiscali is good, I have never had any problems which couldnt be sorted out by email, which they responded too within a few hours, and not one of those automated things either and I have always had £5 credited to my account credited when there has been a problem.
I am a very heavy user and big downloader and never been capped or been throttled or had trouble using P2P once I changed one of my ports (immencly easy job to do)
I think they are fantastic as do everyone else I have recommended them too and find them very helpful, unlike AOhell  But I am not going there. :rotfl:Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

I'm also a heavy user. Was given a final reminder about usage without any previous reminders, and now I'm permanently capped. They never said they were moving me onto the capped user's pipe, just did it without any correspondance whatsoever.
Fed up and wanting to leave
