Marmite is packed with vitamins & minerals although very salty. No idea about Bovil, I tried it once & spat it out:o I won't share a house with it:p Or cabbage:p But I do like parsnips:D
PS : my tip is a very very thin speard of marmite on a wholemeal roll dunked into veggie or lentil soup! Yummy!Post Natal Depression is the worst part of giving birth:p

DD & I both like Marmite. Use Bovril sometimes in a stew or in boiling water as a runny soup if not feeling too well. I think Marmite is more nutricious though
Roasted parsnips are my favourite too. I could eat these all day:D

I was always under the impression that Bovril was a beef extract drink. What exactly is it made of ? I'm betting it isn't as natural a product as Marmite.0 -
