anybody know where you can buy jars of Bovril cheaper? i've been paying £2.50 in Morrisons and Tesco but thought it must be cheaper elsewhere....but where?
I know it's expensive, but i love a mug of it on cold winter nights, so it's not as if i buy it all year round, just wana get it cheaper if i can!

Does it have to be the jars? The cubes are only 48p for 12 and are exactly the same. So works out at only 4p per cup. OH likes bovril, has tried both and says there is no difference.

My 6 year old often likes either bovril or marmite sarnies in her lunchbox, she likes them both equally but which one do you think is better for her nutritionally speaking. Anybody know?0

Don't know which is better but apart from being salty Marmite is nutritionally good. Tesco own brand is much cheaper and tastes identical IMO.0
