Its not only that the codes failed to arrive, but the way they have treated the whole sorry affair that leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.
There has still been no reply to my original complaint email, or a refund in my account.

If you got your code thats great, for those who havn't its worth telling others the problems you've had so that moneysavers can make an informed decision to use Groupon in the future.

I was going to order a second voucher but since ive waited till now and not received nothing glad I didnt bother. I also told my sister about this deal so got a £6 off next purchase, she hasnt received her code yet either. They still have this deal on the website today for Brighton!!!!!!! ad say they have sold 148

FYI: I received the email to say that they would contact us 'by other means' but later that day received the link to the voucher by email, albeit into my junk mail.

My codes came today. Going to try & order from photobox tomorrow.

Got my codes through yesterday. Later than expected but first photobook successfully ordered now - took about three hours to do but end result (on screen) looks great. Really pleased with this offer despite delay in getting the codes.
