Groupon/Photobox £8 Voucher disappointment.

We have an automated system where are vouchers are sent out a midnight every night. However, Photobox are not able to process these vouchers, and are supplying us with their own. To avoid our own system sending out vouchers automatically at midnight, we had to select an option that we use when we sometimes send vouchers in another way, i.e. manually, or in the post.

So there is no need to worry, I can confirm that the Photobox vouchers will be sent out at 2pm (or before), as agreed. They shall arrive via email.

Not sure if this is in the right forum, or indeed if it'll be of any use to anyone, but thought i'd mention that the Groupon/Photobox £30 for £8 voucher that was mentioned in the weekly email has ended.

It may not be a problem for many, but for me im working abroad and thought i'd order 2 vouchers and design some photobooks for friends back in the UK, as presents, but this morning heres what they are saying (bearing in mind they had said the voucher will be sent today and be ready to use today from 2pm via email)

So, who knows what'll happen or when the voucher will come through, if they are sending by snail mail, it certainly wont be today at 2pm!

just telephoned groupon customer service, who have said that they are now sending it by post. i pointed out that the original message 'fine print' said it would arrive today at 2pm by email. they won't do anything about it and that's that.
feel v cross as was going to use it on an order i have to do today.
will NOT be recommending groupon again.

Im not very happy either, I bought 3 of these vouchers, also wanted to make albums for gifts and got the same message today.

The whole purpose of buying them was because they were cheap, really cant afford to lose £24 but Im not holding out much hope of seeing the vouchers! Even if they do come its going to be too late, was expecting them to be emailed today after 2pm. Grrrr!!!

I love photobox and would have been tempted to go for this but there seems to have been so much trouble with this type of offer lately. The companies involved are moving the goalposts once they have your money. Although, I may be mistaken and only read the negative posts

Yup, can confirm I got the same email but I've also just received my vouchers through email

So 2pm came and went, now its 7pm where I am and still no sign of my 2 vouchers despite an 'official statement'.

Take the money then change the rules.

No email here - I would strongly recommend that MSE does not use this site again - feel very let down that Martin recommended this site - just got a bunch of crap emails I didn't want and no sign of the voucher

Same e-mail but received voucher code via e-mail hours ago without any problems.

Just in case others want to purchase, the offer is still open. Its under the offers for Stoke on Trent.
