Groupon/Photobox £8 Voucher disappointment.

Hi all,
I have been in touch with Groupon and they've said they will email voucher codes to customers who haven't yet received them. Can you please check first that they aren't in your spam box as this could be the issue?
If they still aren't there then please email me at penelope@moneysavingexpert.com.

Have emailed Penelope, in the hope that I get my code. I ordered 2 but only received 1 code. As it's been a week ago now, I'm not happy that dispite an email to them, I havnt even heard back from them, let alone got my second code.
Will deffinately not use again, unreliable, poor customer service.0 -
Definately no codes in my Junk mail....just numerous other deal emails from Groupon.0

I received my voucher but am now having great problems with photobox. Get through to the order stage and it says error occurs and no-one in photobox seems to be able to help me so could be £8 down the drain. Not impressed!0

I received my voucher by email today but when I tried to input it got the message: Sorry that code (###########) is one use only and has already been used by someone else. Ref. #### It was my first attempt!!! Have emailed them again

Received an email from Erin Steele on Saturday 21st @ 5pm with an apology and another voucher code - have just used it successfully. Thanks.

My code has just come through via email from somebody named Erin Steele @ Groupon in response to an email I sent to them yesterday. I hope it works - I must upload the pictures I want enlarged to Photobox first.

Did they say when they would send the vouchers. I've been promised them umpteen times this week bit to no avail. I think that MSE should not recommend this company again, and in fact should post a general warning against them. Yes, they have great bargains, but are an absolute shambles and seem to have never heard of customer service. Lets face it, according to their website only 70 people took them up on their photobox offer, and look how many of them they lied to and disappointed0
