I Don't Wanna Talk to Talk Talk

I have to block phone calls from Talk Talk because I am fedup with their sales patter, which is usually 90-100% inaccurate. I am, supposedly, on their DO NOT CALL list, but they keep calling. My Truecall unit should block them but they seem to find a way around my block with nefarious phone numbers, such as 0448009886009…

This is communication did not orignate from myself. In case there is any confusion over the Mark referenced.
