we've leafleted every house nearby and the area is now covered with posters on lamp posts, all saying about garages and sheds, the posters/leaflets have our mobiles numbers on, house number and my e-mail address, as well as the home address.
We've had a couple of people who say they've seen him, 2 were false sightings, the last definate one was 16:00 on monday and we started calling him in at 18:30.
I've just asked the postman to keep an eye out and the micro-chip people have sent out some posters as well which came this morning.
Animal search are coming out on Saturday, which I suppose is a good thing as at least people won't be at work.
Thank you I will try the collar and bell suggestion though. I don't need Moss', we had to bulk buy them, there's a bush somewhere that jingles when the wind blows!0 -
Hi All
I hope no-one mindsbut I have started this new thread just in case people don't read all the way through the other one properly as it's 3 pages long now!
Foxy belongs to "Solar1's" elderly parents and they desperately want him back:
Here is the original thread:

If everyone could join the Facebook group (set up by "ickle_me") and try and get all their friends too, then "Solar1" is hoping the media might become more interested and hopefully ITV/BBC or one of the national newspapers will pick the story up.
Can everyone PLEASE join the Facebook group now:

Thanks Everyone! :T0 -

Don't suppose any of your close neighbours had a delivery on Monday? Just wondering whether he could have jumped up into a van cab or something without the driver noticing? Of course I would expect if that happened they would have taken steps to reunite you once he was found - or at least get him scanned - but it might be worth asking?
Also you could put up posters inside your car window (maybe your neighbours would agree to do it too), then you've got slightly wider spread as you drive around.
Other people to ask might be paper boys, estate agents, anyone else who regularly drives or walks round the area?0 -
ive also sent a request to join, really hope they find him soon x0

You could also try contacting The Paul O'Grady Live show which is on ITV on Friday nights. Paul is well known for his love of dogs and has often put out requests for lost dogs in the past.
