Cancelled in april, 25% first offered

Then 35% in sky service app

got a letter with 50% off any bundle, but also need multi-room (havent had it before) upgrades said £12 per month nothing else

The guy then said he can add a £50 credit and the 50% deal but multi-room is still upgrades issue to deal with, said i'd call back later in the week

Anyone know if that multi-room offer with the free tv is still on?

I rang last week for a better offer as my sky tv, broadband and phone are ending on 26th May and they offered 25% off I said I will think about.

Last year when I joined I bought the Sky Family bundle, phone and broadband with 40% off and £125 credit. So was only paying £41.25 a month.

Rang up today and got put through to retention department and the lady offered me £5 off my package!! I said I will ring again. I rang this afternoon to cancel I was offered 25% off my Sky TV, line rental for £14.99 and broadband for £7.50. So total is £50.99. They are not offering good deals at all this year. I put my cancellation through so hopefully they will ring soon and offer 50%+ off the TV.

Sky called me today and offered me 50% my tv package. Only cancelled 4 days ago. They also offered me £50 credit which I happily accepted. Now just got to work on the phone and broadband/fibre.

You're kinda !!!!ed on that now that you renewed your TV contract. You should have taken the cheap broadband offer when you canacelled TV where they try to keep you with at least free broadband and £17.40 line rental.

My Sky Discount runs out in August After 12 months..

    Sky Family Bundle
    Sky Sports HD
    Sky+Box
    £33.70
    £35.50 (From 1st of June)

    I would like
    Sky Sports (HD)
    Sky Family Bundle (HD)
    Multi room

    £40 Max (£50 a month)

    With
    Sky Q Hub
    Sky Fibre (Unlimited)
Sky Unlimited evening & weekend calls

    £50/£70 (Max a month)

Mum is with virgin so wanna move to one provider to make it easier.

Can this be possible?? or not..

There are two schools of thought on this. One is you'll get a great deal to moving everything to Virgin but after 12m this will be a terrible price for the remaining 6 months. Two is you get the best TV deal from Sky and then call the BB provider for their best deal which is usually only a 12m contract.

@GTR King - don't think so; can't remember seeing anyone reporting a discounted deal yet with Sky Q involvement.

There's a staff offer to upgrade Friends and Family to SkyQ where the total setup costs is £10. There are no discounts on the £56 per month SkyQ Silver bundle but if you are a new customer you could get cheap setup and a discount on the Sports and Movies cost if you keep them for the full 18m min term.

This is not a deal i got from Sky but for the last week or so i have been getting picture breakup and lost signal. I rang Sky and went through the test to see if they could get it going but no joy.
They said i need a service call and as i was 8 months into a 1 year contract(got a 50% off deal on tv) i asked how much and they said free. After checking my account i was told that as i only had tv package and not a new customer it would be £65 or sign up to sky protect. I said i am not paying to watch a blank screen and can they do it cheaper. Came back as £30 and i said well i think i will downgrade then and she went off to check something and then came and said supervisor said do it for free this Wednesday.
While waiting for the booking to go through she said i could upgrade to family pack for £3 and HD would be free for movies or something like that. I read somewhere that from 1st june Hd will be free for movies and sport but i maybe wrong.

Movies in HD free ie no extra above the Movies Cost. in HD FYI if you have Original and Movies then you wil get Movies for £18 and if you downgrade to Original after 1st of June OR you go onto a 12m min term and then downgrade to Original plus Sports/Movies then Original will be price frozen @ £20 for 12m.

just tried to chat to sky online so see if they can better the 50% off deal, winback team rang me and gave the following

    2) sky+hd box for above

    3) £50 credit

    4) free engineer

    5) £12pm multiscreen (full price no offers)

    6) no box for multiscreen - will need to use my old digibox for that , couldnt even take payment for any box

said leave it to be cancelled, if he could have offered me a multiscreen hd box would've accepted

My 31 days ends tomorrow had no calls or anything from sky
Just rang them, first they offered me around £20 off (currently Sky family, movies, bb and line rental) £56 ish down to £36 something, they I mentioned I saw a 50% off on sky service app then he said he could do that
    no £50 or more credit
no discount on line rental or bb or anything else

Total with the 50% off tv still would be paying £52.90
    Make £10 a day Challenge June - £170
