Yes I know the offer is 50% for 12 months. However what I was asking if it also tied you into a contract for 12 months. My present offer was 50% off for 12 months but I could have left at any time just by giving 31 days notice.

VM cancellation goes through in 2 days.
No attempt to win me back. Unless they are calling the landline,which hasnt had a working phone in over a year.0 -
Started a live chat to cancel, was then given a call.
Offered 15% off, refused, offered 25% off, refused.
Cancellation was processed for 31 days time.
Checked account online the next day and the 50% offer was visible so I've taken it.0 -
i was in the same boat as you lot, got offered 25%, cancelled even though was on the phone for over 45 mins answering tedious questions
35% on the sky service app
Soon as you log onto sky.com, theres the 50% off deal, but if you read the terms it DOES tie you into a new 12 month contract, Also that is only off on packages not multi-room etc..

Has anyone managed to get the 50% recently? My app only showing 35% and on interactive too. Was on chat trying to negotiate but he couldn't authorise the 35% discount said I had to call the number offered on the app to do so. Cancelled on Sunday so will end next month.0

You aren't missing much. They got through to me last night to discuss my cancellation and the best the person could offer would have been £6 a month more that what I'm paying now and £36 more than sky

I phoned today to cancel and got 50% off without any hassle, she threw in a £15 credit as well.
I was happy with the price, we had a really nice chat as well
