50% off and a £50 bill credit.
I refuse to pay full price for TV and broadband. Never done it. Never will.0 -

Phone app gives 03442411721
Just phoned and been offered 50% off HD and current package but not off multiroom so price will be £20 per month cheaper which only matches the 35% I was offered in the first place. Also no offer of additional £50 or £100 account credit.
Told the advisor that it's Freesat for me then, said he'd enter the offer on my account if I wanted to change my mind.0 -

That's it then goodbye Sky as just ordered two Humax HDR boxes, now to do a broadband/landline comparison.0

When you say phone app are you meaning the Sky Service app?
If so is this the number that it gives you to call them as opposed to the number that the outgoing Sky Win Back team use?
Same department just another name I would imagine. Tried all the different departments and none would give me anymore than was on my file even though they dressed it up differently, that's why I've ordered two Freesat Humax HDR boxes.
Initial outlay will be £438 (had multi room from Sky which they wouldn't discount) but monthly Freesat charge nil then any extras I want with no contract, so no more than £17 per month instead of £73 per month with Sky.0 -

Now TV is a good option for a 2nd box,or main box depending on your uses..
We have one for bedroom TV.
Think its under £10 a month. I bought a few boxes for the subs,so we havent actually paid a monthly fee yet.
Keep meaning to do a comparison on freesat/view as we have an old Sky box.0 -
Went through the cancellations process earlier on with sky live talk, Sky package just gone up to £104pm for full sky tv,bb, phone, hd. They said they would discount tv by 25% to £55 from £75 pm. I said no then went onto the sky services app a couple of hours later and have been offered 35% off the TV package.
I have got until the 2nd June before my contract ends, anyone else been offered this then been offered 50% off on the app, thanks for any information.0
