So I gave notice to cancel my Sky TV. I have the Family Bundle and was on 60% off. As this offer is coming to an end, I was offered 30% off for 5 years with no minimum term which I declined. Then I was offered a downgrade in package with 30% off and a 12 month minimum term. This too was declined.
The cancellation was processed and now my account is showing 35% off if I change my mind and come back with a 12 month minimum term.

We cancelled our TV four days ago & so far have no offers on our sky page that weren't there before.
A no offer stance from them is going to result in our cancellation going through as I'm not blinking first. I'm not going to carry on paying £40 a month for TV. There are more worthwhile things to spend money on.0 -
I had nothing new in my offers for 10 days or so until I contacted them on live chat. Immediately an offer appeared. You have the right attitude. Whilst understandable, it is wrong that new customers get better deals than long-standing customers. To infinity and beyond!0

Sky are ridiculous. I saw this 50% off on 31 March. I was told today that offer expired 2 weeks ago! Now they are only offering me 35% off plus on the spot offer of free broadband for 12 months.QUIDCO £2827 paid out since October 2007:D0 -
