I had no offers appear either until I went to live chat and got my 50% off any package plus £100 credit offer. Just go to live chat - here is the screen capture of what I did:

It seems to vary. I cancelled about three months ago. Heard nothing for a few weeks but then got a phone call offering me a deal I could not refuse.

I logged into the app and immediately the offer for 50% off came up! i want to hold out for the additional £100 credit though :-)

Offered 25% for 9 months on the phone yesterday and eventually the same using on line chat fifteen minutes ago. Been with Sky since early nineties and have landline and broadband with them but didn't make any difference.
Will try again tomorrow.
