I know that I can go on live chat and get sky tv/phone and broadband for 50% off but is it possible to also take advantage of quidco cashback? Does anybody know a code that might help?
Thanks in advance0 -
Have just phoned to cancel my package and was offered a reduction from £96 down to £78 (TV/BB/Phone) which i refused.
I went ahead and cancelled my TV but not my Phone/BB as i need these for work purposes.
Are those who are getting offered 50% deals cancelling all services? Am i likely to get offered any better deals with just cancelling TV?:beer:0 -
Just coming off an amazing 12 month deal with Sky - 50% off TV, free BB and half price line rental.
Called up today to do my annual cancellation ritual and they offered me 10% off TV and free BB for a year with full price line rental. I've cancelled the TV.
Just to note, I've never been called by Sky to stay with them despite having all my marketing settings switched on. I usually ring back the day after they switch me off and they offer me 50% to go back to them then.2016 diet challenge 16lbs/42lbs lost

Ring them under the guise of a billing query.. 'just wondering when you're going to take my last payment?' and every time without fail they ask me why I've left or if I'd be interested in signing up again. Very often they only have the best offers available to you once you're no longer a TV customer (that's what they tell me anyway!).2016 diet challenge 16lbs/42lbs lost

I have just come out of the initial 12 month period and said that my last bill no longer had the discounts on so that I wanted to see what offers they had on. They said that there were no offers but did I want to take things off the package to reduce the cost, I said I wanted to keep the full package but just lower the price. Again, nothing they could do so I said I wanted to cancel. Then passed on to Cancellation team and went through the same conversation so then re-iterated I wanted to cancel everything.
After being put on hold for 2 mins I then got an offer of 10% off TV, £9.99 Line Rental and £3.75 (Half Price) BB. All on condition I accepted all 3 offers. I said I wanted a bigger discount on TV so still wanted to cancel, again put on hold.
Came back and I accepted the offer on Line Rental and BB (which was for 10 months on a 12 month contract) so £15.40 average per month over 12 months for both line rental and BB. Saving £8.50per month over 12 months on those 2.
I have still cancelled TV so will see what they come back with.0 -

Well I had some time to kill today so decided to sound out Sky about when my last TV bill will beI had already negotiated a couple of weeks ago for my phone and broadband at £12.50 a month so was only the TV left to do and I only had the Variety pack.
Decided to go through Live Chat, however, through the "Come Back to Sky" link someone posted a couple of pages back as was getting nowhere on the LiveChat on my account...
Asked when my last bill would be, guy asked me why I was leaving and I said my offer had ended and didn't feel it was value for money anymore. He offered me 35% off for 10 months and I said no, I was actually offered 40% off when I originally cancelled and said no to that. He asked me to hold on a couple of minutes while he spoke to his manager. Came back and offered me 50% off for 10 months, asked for 12 months, off to ask his manager again, came back and agreed to 12 months 50% off with 12 month contractI then got cheeky and asked to add on Sky Sports and Sky Movies so I'm now paying £30.50 a month for Variety, Sports and Movies, and £12.50 a month for phone/broadband. Total = £43 a month.
Good luck to everyone else :T0 -
