I have received calls from the 01332 number from Sky to recent days. They don't leave a message. I have cancelled TV services and have NOT opted in to marketing calls.

Update on my situation. I have been off SKY HD digital TV (EE, movies and sports) since the 27th of January (was 50% off before through MSE). I still have phone and BB with Sky. I received a couple of weeks ago a come-back letter with a 50% off Sky Tv offer. The letter was quite general and did only mention the entertainment pack. The letter said the offer would end on the 27th of March.
I haven't contacted Sky since then as the family and I don't really miss it (only the live pause).
Today though, I received at work a phone call from the 01332 number mentioned in previous posts. A Sky guy quite directly offered me the tv package I had before with a 50% discount for 12 months without a contract. I was tempted to accept but decided not to commit yet. I asked the guy to give me a call back tomorrow morning so I could have time to speak to my wife...;)
My plan is to refuse the offer tomorrow, and to say I would accept only if I had a 75% discount. We will see what happens. If he says yes, super. If he says no, no worries...
Will let you know how I got on. :)

Got another phone call from Sky offering 75% off, thought i'd better take them up on it this time or the wife will kill me.
£6.75 per month for entertainment extra for 12 months, no contract and with the free B/B offer i got the other week, i'm now paying less for TV,B/B and line rental than i was for B/B and line rental 2 weeks ago.

How long did you go without Sky before you got the first 75% off phone call?

Took a while to cancel today. The guy I spoke to was adamant that if I leave and rejoin I'd be in a new 12 month contract (not true). Also tried to offer me two months free, but I just cancelled.

November last year, was coming off a 75% 9 month offer and was immediately offered 50% off which i declined, didn't miss it at all. Going to regret getting it put back on as the first thing the wife watched was Dance Moms on one those cheesy channels.

That might be why she wants it...

I'm renting a room at a friends house but they don't have an upstairs aerial. They offered to get Sky multi-room for me but I declined because I'm guessing they'd have to subscribe for at least an extra year and it's all extra cost to them. Can anyone suggest how little they've managed to get Multiroom for? Many thanks! :)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
