So I caved in, so much for my resolve! I called up to ask about the option to record on the sky box to see if it would tie me in for a minimum term or not. It's so annoying not being able to record so I thought I would just pay the tenner until I can save up for the humax box. Anyway, the man said he would check that for me but would I like him to check for offers whilst I was on the phone he immediately came up with 50% off for 12 months and a £30 credit :j I suppose if I had waited for them to call I might have got a better deal but I am happy with the deal I got! I'm not sure if they would have even rang me as I also have a half price fibre offer on my account.

£27 for tv, £20 for sky talk including anytime free landline /08 calls and £10 for fibre

All my channels have just been reinstated, now paying £25 less a month than I was 3 hours ago. No waiting for offers either :beer:

Checked my account , I had a slightly different message-

No mention of discount or minimum term and a different number.

I just called it and it plays a recorded message saying the deal has finished so I tried the number you gave and got the same message.

Ring 0207 126 7020 and tell them you got a 50% off for 12 months message in huge letters on your online account. The woman I spoke to didn't question the fact that I had only been cut off at teatime. Worth a local call....?
