Any tips in what to say i watch/like etc?
The 75% offer came after I ignored several 50% offers, I wasn't really bothered about having sky but 75% off plus a £50 credit was hard to ignore lol and to top it off I got a 1TB box for £50
I think a lot depends on how long you've been with sky for (9 years for me) because my old man cancelled about 4 months ago after only being a sky customer for year and he hasn't heard anything from sky!0 -

Fair point, but I'm not making it up and another poster has just had the same result unless their making it up lol0 -

I also think the person you speak to makes a big difference, like I said in one of my previous posts some members of staff can be very rude!0 -

"So do you still want to go ahead?"
"No."
"OK is there anything else I can do for you?"
"No."
"OK bye."0 -
Yeah the second of three people I spoke to was very unapologetic when I explained that what she was offering me wasn't what I was offered before. She also left out this key detail until after taking my £10 up-front payment, at which point I stopped the rejoining process. The final exchange went something like this:
"So do you still want to go ahead?"
"No."
"OK is there anything else I can do for you?"
"No."
"OK bye."
Have they been in touch since?0 -
