http://consumercaredirect.co.uk/ - sounds like that other discount club that cant be mentioned on here any more.
Personally I would avoid them.0 -
I've just come to the end of 75% off deal for the full TV package so my wife (account in her name) phoned them 2 weeks ago the cancel and was told to ring back next month (no offers available until then apparently), now this didn't seem right as the deal started on the 14/09/12 meaning we should cancel on the 14th of this month to avoid full cost, however she was assured after asking several times that the payment would be £24.12 in September.
I checked online 2 days ago and the payment was showing as £50.09 due in Sept!! so she called them when I was at work and was told by a very rude person basically tough!
So I ring them to cancel and spoke to a nice chap that had manners, I explained what had happened and he apologised and offered to extend the deal for another 12 months!! although the payment has gone up slightly to £24.50
It just proves what sort of deals can be offered when you speak to cancellations :money:0 -

75% for 24 months then? They've emailed me today and said all they can offer is 25% and that won't change so I emailed back and told then that the cancellation still stands in that case!! It just makes me laugh that they deny these mega deals yet here it is in black and white lol0 -
