what make of car are you driving?
i thought i was really popular when i drove my OH's subaru impreza and was a bit deflated when i realised it wasn't me but the car getting the attention :).
i still find myself waving to subaru owners which really confuses them because am driving a nissan:o

I was driving an RX8, if i see an other I wouldn't wave, I only wave if I get waved at!

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

A friend has an old style mini and she always flashes her lights and waves at other mini drivers!

My younger bro has a Renault Clio Williams, when he sees somebody else with one they actually stop to chat and admire each other's cars!! Think that's going alittle far to be honest!!

Dangerous if you drove a series 3 BMW. You'd never have your hands on the steering wheel.

I just do the manly 'nod of the head' in their direction.

I had a black 318i Touring last year, the old E30 shape, used to get flashed by other E30's all the time, they are getting quite rare now, I wouldnt mind another one, maybe a 325, used to love driving mine.

its also common for bikers, but not brand-specific, as long as your on a real bike you get a wave or a nod, unless your tearing round a corner!

MG drivers are supposed to wave at each other.

Someone waved at me in the Vectra, poor chap must have lost 3 fingers and a thumb in some horrific work related accident! :(

You can do this if you drive an uncommon car. But if you drive mainstream cars like Ford Focus and Vauxhall Corsa, you'll end up looking like clowns if you do so!
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.
  • I wave at any powered bikes, not just real ones. Theres a lot of kids round here with scooters just now and some of them will become bikers one day and hopefully stop if i'm at the side of the road.
When I had a Hayabusa, I waved at car drivers alot too.
