dear all, I'd be most grateful if people could help me work out what the FAQs page needs to contain to help with the questions that we often get asked. So far I have seasonings, bread issues... any more?

i could also do with a brownies tester at pretty short notice, ie over the weekend, to test my optimistic theory that swapping 1 block of dark for milk choc will result in it needing less sweetening. If anyone is willing PLEASE do shout up I'll give you a big kiss/promise not to if you're shanks :)

when crimbo is linked would people like it to link from planners page, home page or somewhere else?:)

    HI Weezl,

Haven't been on for a while but the meal planners and website are looking amazing. Well done to you all.

I would be up for testing the brownie recipe for you this weekend if no one else has offered? Just let me know what the recipe is.

Thanks for all the inspiring recipes

thanks jeni, that's brill! How are you BTW? weren't you having a new kitchen when we saw you last?

Ok so it's the CFR brownies, but I really need to lose some sugar, so could you try reducing by 40g, swapping 1 block of choc for milk choc and adding 25g more flour?

    Clear as mud?

    He's a good man!

We just had a lovely e-mail about how good the carrot cake is. The lady who e-mailed said she tried it in bun cases and it made 30 which cooked in 20 mins. Might be a good one for the alternatives if it isn't already in there especially for packed lunches :)

Blimey that was a while ago! I'm very well thanks Weezl, kitchen is in and lovely, I've been busy renovating the rest of the house but having to take some time out now as Baby D is due in 2 and bit weeks and I can now barely haul myself out of bed let alone up a ladder to paint ceilings!?

So I find myself with a bit of time to get in my kitchen and enjoy it. Have noted the changes to the recipe and will get testing this weekend for you. OH will be very pleased!
