1) we can do a press release about our activities
2) we can do a 'hardcore' planner for joel
3) we can add nutrition boxes to each recipe
4) we can add more articles enhancing the teaching to fish parts of the site, like juliettes idea for an article on how to frugalise a recipe.
repost of the future directions sugggested so far, again ready for tonight.

I'm just pondering what kind of feedback warrants a change to a recipe.
The test of a recipe isn't whether *everybody* likes it (which is never going to happen), but whether some people like it a lot and the majority like it well enough to make again, even qualified by particular circumstances. And whether you like it yourself, of course.
I suppose if feedback suggests that a recipe doesn't work or is unclear or could obviously benefit from a tweak or two, then you could revise/improve it. But I can't see grounds for removing a recipe just because some people don't like it very much -- its replacement in the menu plan might turn out to be just as contentious!
Mind you, I haven't tried the panzanella yet, so I might change my mind... ;-) (Don't panic -- I'm only joking!)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks avocet.
so, a summary of what I'm hoping to discuss in tonight's skype (7-8.45)
1) future plans
2) evaluation of what's next that gives max impact for minimum resource
3) looking at what resources we have and trying to grow them
4) AOB

avocet I introduced some <br> tags into the planners page to try to solve that problem in omniweb.
I can't install it, so I wondered if you would mind having a look and letting me know if it's resolved?

her view is that we really need to look at things which fit where the pinky cross is: very low cost (time/money etc) but maximum impact to our users.
it's pretty obvious really but a diagram sometimes helps in sorting out what to do next
The three things that would be good to evaluate would be the nutrition boxes, new planners and new standalone recipes.
