I thought that you would get £25 from the voucher when it's doubled up and the rest added back onto your clubcard

decided to check availability of item before i cashed in my vouchers, to be told that furniture was not included in the homewear deal , so my advice to people to avoid dissapointment is check you can exchange vouchers before you cash them in ;)

thats a shame i was thinking of getting some furniture with mine, when you click on the link on the tesco website it states furniture as being included, could this be yet another case of badly trained tesco emplyees not knowing what is actually included, or maybe a mistake on the website?

    house, home & DIY

    Includes

Small kitchen appliances, vacuums & steam cleaners, irons & sewing, furniture, home and bath, personal electrical, Heating & Cooling, Microwaves, Fires.
    Exclusions apply
  • I think I'll stick to the Tesco Deals where you get 4x the value anyway, have done well out of it recently after saving them up for a while :j

Get an extra 20% off clothing online:

    AF-VCFASHION

20% off Tesco clothing if you spend over £40. Also gives you free delivery plus some items still 3 for 2. Was able to use 3x £10 double up vouchers (wouldn't accept the 4th for some reason.
  • Hmm, I have just over £100 in vouchers and tempted to exchange them so I can exchange them online for home related stuff. I don't want any holiday stuff and in the absence of anything home related clubcard (since the demise of MFI) this probably seems like the best option. Out of curiosity, does anyone know how often Tesco do this offer? It's just annoying to have to redeem them so quick! Thanks, Rachel

You can only exchange them instore, but they can be used either instore or online but you have to specify this when changing them. Tesco did this for a short period last year but I don't think they included direct in the promotion. I think it was mainly clothes and items from store.

Yes I am finding this promotion a little confusing to say the least!

I have emailed Tesco for a bit of clarification on a couple of the categories.

The same happened to me last year, i ordered from tesco direct and it wouldnt accept the last code. Fortunately i'd done it instore so a supervisor "fudged" it through for me on a different till code, but if i'd gone home and tried to use the vouchers i'd have been pretty damn mad :o

You have to specify the department you want to use them in when you convert your vouchers. So you can ask for £10 in clothing and £10 in toys for example but you can't then ask for £20 in clothing and use £10 of it on toys.

I'm going for the simple option I think and looking at getting new glasses :D
