My vouchers arrived this morning and I'm guessing if I was to check online it would now say November too, hang on and your August vouchers should be with you soon.

Thought I would post this "new" deal which some people might find more useful than doubling up in store.

Have people had their clubcard vouchers sent to them then? I've checked my account and it says I'm being sent some in November! I was hoping to buy a vtech toy with mine. This deal makes it an even better buy, if it doesn't come under any exclusion.
I always seem to be one the last people to receive their vouchers!
I think the last date for receiveing this lot of vouchers is the middle of August,
Sorry can't remeber the exact date.

Ii checked my clubcard account a few weeks ago as i have £40 worth of vouchers due, i just checked it now, and it says my £40 worth of vouchers will be delivered in my next statement which will arrive no later than the 8th December?????

Why arent i getting my vouchers NOW???

I want to take full advantage of this deal as there are a few toys i want, as i never want any of the deals, so this is a perfect deal for me.

Personally I still don't think doubling up in store is worth as much as converting these to days out vouchers, or trips, or meals or hotel vouchers, when I get to quadruple them. We always manage to spend them - e.g. for our ferry crossing to Holland this summer, or a few days away in MacDonalds hotels for our anniversary (as long as you don't stay in the Aviemore one). Our kids are particularly fond of using them in Strada for a decent Italian meal.

Wow, that is a really useful post, didn't realise you could use them for that - thanks OP! :T
    Hope is not a strategy.

I've noticed that this year you must SPEND your vouchers by 5th September whereas last year you had 90 days to spend them from the date of exchange.

Does anyone know if the new Tesco Direct catalogue is out yet???

The item I wanted was only available in Tesco Direct, I told the SA this when I was exchanging my vouchers. She made a mistake and gave me in store vouchers instead. The SA at the direct desk tried everything to get them changed .

I had the same problem last time Tesco did this. I exchanged £40 of tokens to toy vouchers only to find that the vouchers stated they couldn't be used for Tesco Direct.

I explained to the lady that they weren't much good to me if I couldn't spend them at Tesco Direct - she took the vouchers back and put the same amount on a gift card! Think I had a stroke of luck, (and a lady who didn't know all the terms and conditions;)...)
It's wouldn't have not wouldn't of, shouldn't have not shouldn't of and couldn't have not couldn't of. Geddit?

    Seems a bit contradictory:

    No, its not just you.

I found it confusing at first but then realised that you have to go into the store to get the voucher to spend online.Stupid if you ask me.This is just a ploy to get you into the store where you will probably do a bit of shopping while you are there, they could just as easily have allowed you to double up on line IMHO.

What worries me is that by the time you have been to the store to get the voucher to spend on line the item you want might have gone out of stock. My OH suggested taking the laptop with me and checking at the store!!! Good mind to do it.
