    Seems a bit contradictory:
is it just me or does this not make sense?

Sorry for all those rude comments.
Last year you took your vouchers to the desk and asked to exchange them for double up vouchers for either in store or online.
IE Toy vouchers for Online or Wine Instore.
The online vouchers had a unique code that you entered in the same place as you enter other vouchers at the check out stage.

Last time, once vouchers were exchanged you could not change them back and the vouchers were vaild for 30 days from the day you exchanged them which made them handy for getting the kids xmas toys when they finally made their minds up.

The item I wanted was only available in Tesco Direct, I told the SA this when I was exchanging my vouchers. She made a mistake and gave me in store vouchers instead. The SA at the direct desk tried everything to get them changed , seemingly they cant be once issued, I went off to see if there was anything else I wanted and couldn't find anything, anyway after a looooong wait and the supervisor failing to respond to her call, she finally put the £40 worth of vouchers in one till and took £40 cash out, and processed the sale through the other till. She marked on the receipt that I had paid with vouchers. She told me she made the decision to to this in the absence of a supervisor. I've to collect the item on Wednesday , here's hoping I get it.

Be extra vigilant when exchanging the vouchers.

I picked up a leaflet while I was in, £45 of vouchers gets you 2 pairs of glasses if you exchange your vouchers . Think I will use my remaining vouchers for that.

Thank you OP I spotted your post earlier and headed for Tescos, everyone was running around like headless chickens obviously taking advantage of the offer their trolly's piled high with booty.

If you can't help people, don't say anything at all thank you.

Not saying anything isn't helpful, answering a question is though. If the statement made sense then clearly the only answer is "it's you". You can't blame people for picking the correct choice.

And why ask a question if you only want to hear one answer?
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

I think Dvd's are classed as entertainment?
although i checked exclusions and it doesn't say dvds, only games consoles and software??
    sorry i didn't really help there! lol:o

    The exclusions are here...

Probably best to check before you exchange your vouchers that whatever you want is included.

I would suggest though that DVD's are entertainment as on Tesco Direct they come under that heading.

Have people had their clubcard vouchers sent to them then? I've checked my account and it says I'm being sent some in November! I was hoping to buy a vtech toy with mine. This deal makes it an even better buy, if it doesn't come under any exclusion.
