  • I joined ealier this year - have done about 8 orders with them now. If stuff is out of stock, they always do me a credit email and it comes off next order.
Nothing broken at all. DPD are my courier and they have always turned up within the 1 hour time slot, in fact todays was actually 10 minutes early! Seems to be same driver each time, and he always pops it into the house for me as I have disabilities that means I cannot do it now. The packaging get offered to freecyclers, when I have enough stored to make it worthwhile, so that is landfill neutral. The best bargain recently were the creme eggs 50 for £5 rrp £26. And they sit in fridge keeping good in the hot weather.

I'd never order anything glass again as a huge glass juice container was smashed and leaking out f the parcel and ruined much stuff. result £5 credit back off next order!! also took since may to get the credit!
  • Hi has anyone had any problems with their orders not arriving? We placed an order two weeks ago that didn't arrive, we have contacted approved food many times by email but only got one reply stating that it was delivered signed for by Smith which is not our name. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

I put in my first order Sunday night, it's got a delivery estimate of today - Friday but it still says it's being processed, not even dispatched yet. I'm so impatient!

Just placed my first order as its free delivery, I have gone for mostly in date items.

Will see how it goes, but I do need to cut down on my grocery spending as this month I have spent a fortune. :o

I suppose its worth a try, a big difference to my normal Ocado shopping but hey ho its time to save some money.

just had my latest AP delivery and am impressed as ever. in fact this was probably one of my best buys from there in a long time.

the Community spices are deffo worth getting. we managed to get the 1kg bags of rogan josh, chickken tikka, thai stirfry, and taco spice blends. and they are really really good looking and smelling. had rogan josh last night and it was awesome

all the jamaican stuff has been pretty good so far too, in fact all the sauces and spices will keep us going for a good six months

and managed to get a pretty good lucky box. probably a tenners worth of munch for #1

Just received my order and the following are incorrect:

1 - Spice it up Chives, order said 4 picked and packed but only 1 received.
2 - Betty Crocker Lemon cupcake mix, order said 4 picked and packed but only 2 received.
    3 - Basmati Rice,order says 1 picked and packed, though I have received 2?
Also the biscuts are all broken and a bag of lentils have split in the box.

I have just opened a ticket so will update when I hear, I am troubled by the missing items as they do say the have been packed when clearly they haven't?

On a more positive not the packaging seems good and the Dpd tracked service is very good I have to say.

My order was picked by Tom. I have requested the missing items and not a refund as the ones missing are the ones I wanted the most!

I will update once I hear.

They are very good at sorting out problems. My last order was delivered to the wrong address, but it was sorted out quickly. Never had any problems before!

Mine was packed brilliantly, nothing was broken (despite there being a lot of jars in our order), everything was correct. The Mrs Elswood (sp?) coriander sauce is yummy, I've had two meals of gluten free spaghetti so far which is good and last night we had a Sharwoods balti wrap kit which was out of date but tasted good. :)
