    I've been Money Tipped!
    My order was picked by Tom. I have requested the missing items and not a refund as the ones missing are the ones I wanted the most!

    I will update once I hear.

    I doubt that you will get replacement items, it would cost more to send out, they normally only give refunds although I may be wrong.

    So yes very good customer service and I get to have my other chives and cake mixes. :) (The chives were the reason I ordered in the first place). So I shall be using them again, mistakes happen its how they are responded to that counts.

    So yes I would recommend using them. :)

    Its always the items you most want that aren't included. :p

    Hi, not sure if it is a new policy, but my items must be still in stock for them to send them out. I was just concerned as the receipt said that they had been packed but weren't in the box.

    But credit to them I have had no issues, and get this I have just received an email to say my order will be delivered tomorrow. How good is that. :)

    Its by Dpd again and I have a tracking number, well chuffed with such good service. It puts some of the other supermarkets to shame.

    So I hope they get more orders from positive posts it does give people confidence in ordering, and many lurk as I have done. :o

    Again really pleased with the service and how they have responded to my complaint. Wish I had more cupboard space :rotfl:but I will be recommending to friends and family.

    I got another delivery today and very happy with it. 440 teabags, antibac handwash, toothpaste. toothbrushes, garlic spray,couscous, mugshots, cereal bars, small packets of nuts and best of all 24 jars of creamy white sauce from H******de which will be great for pasta dishes, pies etc.

    Clearly marked fragile and nothing broken or missing so I am really pleased.

  • I'd finally made up my mind to order and its arrived, well packed, nothing broken.

    However...the box of muffins turned out to be cup-cakes (yuk). A couple of things were missing and a couple of things were obviously substitutes (same brand, different flavour).

    I've raised a ticket (after eventually searching the site to find out how to contact them). Can anyone tell me how long I can expect to wait for a reply and what the response is likely to be?

    Or am I asking a silly question?

    Hi, I received my first order on Tuesday this week, as you will see from my posts above I too had missing items. I raised a ticket on Tuesday and had a response the next day (yesterday) they sent out my missing items next day delivery and I have received the order this afternoon.

    I have had no issues, I did worry at first over the missing items as they said they had been picked and packed, but A F were fine and my order is now complete.

    Sorry you too have missing items but I am sure they will sort this out for you, don't worry. ;)

    Their customer service seems very good I have to say.

    Thanks for the reassurance.

    I'm hoping I'll hear something today. You tend to feel a bit out on a limb waiting for an email after being used to telephoning companies with queries and getting a verbal reply.
