Hi, I've only done one order so far: ordered on Thursday and it came on Monday. I think this is about par for the course.

So I guess Thursday / Friday will be the earliest I'll see anything then? I'm still looking forward to getting my order, just a pity they're not great communicators as I emailed them on Sunday about the substitutions and I've not heard anything back yet.

I had a look on the A F own forum earlier, I read that if your order is placed Mon or Tues it's one carrier, wed, thurs fri it's another, I've forgotten the details.

What I was looking for was methods of payment as it appears true they've ceased googlepay. I'm not going to use Paypal so am at a loss at the moment.

Can I just ask why people don't like paypal? My husband has a paypal account and we have never had any problems with them. Don't sell, just buy.

I've used Paypal for years Esther and i have never had any problems with it either. One of the thngs that initially put me off Paypal was that i had to wait for the two small deposits/wthdrawals whatever, to be made into/from my account but that was done inside a week.

Just got an email from DPD saying my order will be with me tomorrow so I'll let everybody know how I get on with it tomorrow :) I know from my last job that DPD are pretty reliable and will usually give you a 2 hour time period on when you can expect the goods :T

I know a lot of people have real issues with paypal, but I've used them for at least 5 years, probably quite a bit longer and never had any problems (both as a buyer and a seller). Paypal have saved my !!! quite a few times as a buyer as I've had to make maybe half a dozen claims which would have left me out of pocket.
I've used paypal as a business too (I ran an ebay store for my previous employer), we were turning over £4-5k a month via paypal and didn't experience a single problem.

Just got my first order and I'm impressed, it was extremely well packed (1 large box with strapping containing 2 smaller boxes), all the use by dates are exactly the same as the site says and I got 60 cans of diet coke, 40 packs of XXX mints with chilli and a few other things for about £20 delivered, their communication could be better in my opinion, but I'll be using them again :)

Its really hard to find but if you make a shopping list and then go to pay, there is a section under the paypal part where you can just use your normal credit card.
