WOW what an improvement. I just received an order after a lapse of months. It came exactly when the courier said it would. The website was a very very clear and easy to use. All the goods were well packed and what amazing value!!! 10/10

I'm sorry but in the last box I ordered 16 pasta meals that you just add water to, to take to work, I ended up with 16 packets of chicken soup that had to be cooked. It wasn't for me so I ended up taking a fall for the 3.98 that was for the pasta.
I just feel as if this is the way for you to get rid of all the !!!! that is not selling and we have no comeback. I am on a limited income and am very careful as to what gets bought, mainly stuff for meals at work/school. So chucking stuff away that cannot be used is a waste of money, that I really do not have.

Never had a problem with AP and received my latest order in the time i got in the text, i ordered 4 boxes of Fab bakin boys cup cakes and they were all yellow which is not a problem as the kids eat 2 at a time.
Moving home soon so the the boxes my order came in will save me money aswell.
wish i had ordered more of the blueberry muffins though

Just made my 2nd order, I'm happy that there's now an automated email to let you know that AP have recieved my order, the first I heard from them last time was when I got an email from DPD.

Just had my first order delivered today and I must say I am delighted with every aspect of the service. No substitutions at all, everything perfectly packaged and delivered as stated too - and what value for money! Very pleased will be a regular user now! Gutted its took me this long to try them out!

Received my 2nd order today which included 30 cans of 7up, 12 cans of rockstar and 12 vitamin water style things, I told the courier not to worry as I wont be making another order for a while as he didn't seem impressed by the weight!

I've got to say so far I'm rather impressed with AP, they're dirt cheap, I mainly just stocked up on soft drinks as me and my girlfriend go through quite a bit of them. Everything came well packed again, everything was there and this time I had a delivery note and a confirmation email from them which I feel helps even though it doesn't make any real difference.

I would like to place more orders with them, but I'll be starting my new job on Monday so there wont be anybody in the house during the day to sign for the package so I suspect this will be the last order I place with them for some time. A Saturday delivery option (obviously at extra cost) would be nice so I could place an order every so often to stock up on things.

That needn't stop you. The courier seems to deliver to my area on a Friday afternoon just when I'm collecting DS from school. I add a delivery instruction to leave the parcel (I specify the location out of sight of anyone just wandering past) and leave a signed note authorising the courier to leave it. Even better if you have a neighbour willing to take delivery for you. Admittedly, not helpful if you don't have anyone/anywhere suitable or your box is liable to go missing before you return from work...

I have received my first order.The black pepper had spilt despite the apparently careful packing.My email has not been answered and I have rung numerous times and have yet to receive an answer or even anybody at their HQ.I do not think they welcome communication of any kind and it seems a bit of a gamble.The foodstuff seems good but eventually something will go wrong and I expect the shan to hit the fit at this point.
