Approved Foods thread

Apparently it seems that the only hope of getting a response from App Food is to complain here and to warn others that their customer service seems to have fallen off a cliff - although looking at the above even that isn't working

So in the vain hope that someone might actually care that their company will be losing customers by the truck load with all the negative comments on here..... order number 78393. I have emailed about problems with this order and requested refunds but had no response.

Once this problem is resolved, I will happily report back here to redress the balance

I'd say 100 gr for the plastic wrap of biscuits is a bit too much?So if I'd buy 10 packs the weight of packaging is 1 kg?

Katholicos, maybe AF's tactics are for the customer to get so fed up about getting their refunds they hope you will just go away. If everyone who was owed money forgot about the refund can you imagine how much Approved Food's is making! I can see this company going bust as a lot of customers are leaving. I've not even ordered from them and I'm angry on your behalf and on the behalf of all the other customers who have been messed about. Disgraceful.

I just want to say I am extremely please with Approved foods...

ok yes i have had a blip in an order, which was sorted out instantly by Perry...

plus ballandchain, to say you can see them going bankrupt is extremely harsh they deal with hundreds of orders per day... you dont know their finanical status...etc.. and words like that are un-called for...

As i said in an earlier post, it just seems extremely unlucky that the same people allways gets problems with their AF order...



right off to put another order in as their have another half price delivery charge... so going to order some more to fill a couple more cupboards.......lol...

well considering all the negative posts are only coming from a handfull of people and one of them has admitted they havent even ordered from Af..;). amoungst the 2 or three threads that has been all about Af... these negative posts are really like a grain of sand the beach......

I think you might find there are a LOT more who are unhappy but who are not, for whatever reason, airing it in detail on this forum. I'm one of those people.

So, much more than a "handful of people" - I personally know of 9 people, just amongst my friend/family base, who are no longer ordering from AF because of the much deteriorated customer service.

At the moment on this thread it seems that the happy customer/s are the lone voice.

A business with those sort of problems needs to sharpen up and get changing things quickly otherwise one day they will find they have little or no customers left....word of mouth is a powerful thing.
