Oh bu**er. I got a text earlier saying my order was waiting to be picked up. But I'll be back at work on 4th!

Oh - and I've got an e-mail saying it's been shipped. Curious. Let's see what happens with the tracking number overnight.

That seems a bit strange. You would think with all the online sales this would be couriers busiest time. In fact, I had three different separate courier deliveries this morning. Surely a food order placed prior to Christmas should not have to wait 10 days before even being collected by courier - never mind about actual delivery?! :doh:

I have also had email today saying "Your order has been packed and is now waiting for the courier to pick up your shipment". I will keep track - but not holding my breath.....

Today I received my order from AP. I am very disappointed as the four tubs of fruit had leaked all over the other food. It was such a mess and I had to wash almost everything that I had ordered. I am not sure if I will be using AF again. My laminate floor is as sticky as hell. I've mopped it several times but its still sticky.

Well, my order from 23 Dec is now saying:

Your parcel has arrived at the local depot

So it looks like the courier did pick it up yesterday.

Complete order delivered. Packing of glass jars of fruit a little 'iffy' - one was leaking. Another couple of hours, or box tipped on side, and there would have been a right mess. For Approved Foods, when you read this, may I suggest the whole jar is encased with bubble wrap, not just a bit round the sides, and perhaps secured with tape? That is how I receive glass jars from other firms.

Still, it was nice to have it delivered on time and with no errors.

And it arrived at 12:30 today - so much for the couriers not returing to work unitl 4 Jan!

Very well packed (picked by Steve) - lots of bubblewrap used with the jars. Very pleased.

My fruit was missing as well as some other items £8 of stuff in total. I have emailed but just wanted to say to Raine e day I thought the jars were plastic? I have had these sorts of fruit before from other places and the jars were always plastic and they look it on ap food site. I think there was something up at the carriers.
