My fruit was missing as well as some other items £8 of stuff in total. I have emailed but just wanted to say to Raine e day I thought the jars were plastic? I have had these sorts of fruit before from other places and the jars were always plastic and they look it on ap food site. I think there was something up at the carriers.

The large jars of organic apple (700g) are glass. I've had several over last few months - and I know broken glass when I see it!

I think grandma thought you meant the tropical fruit jars, which are plastic, not apple puree :)

They are normally great with wrapping jars :(

I am very angry with approved foods:mad:,I ordered on the 21/12/10.I received an email saying my order had been dispatched on the 23/12/10.I accept it was christmas/new year so there would be delays.I waited in Tuesday 4/1/11 no parcel, phoned approved foods and was told it would be delivered weds.Stayed in all day yesterday no parcel.I spoke to someone at Approved foods yesterday who said it would be here today.I have not been able to track the parcel because eveytime I put the number in it said no info available.I have waited in again today and still no parcel.I have managed to track the parcel today and it says it was picked up today from approved foods,:mad:WHY SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING ITS DISPATCHED>so I have wasted a lot of time placing the order and three days stuck in waiting for couriers.I have told them to cancel my order, they have refunded me a few minutes ago.I will not be ordering again or telling friends about them.:(:(

Placed an order with AP on Monday eve, received it today :T. Much quicker than the last order . Thank you AP for such a fast delivery and very well packed (sorry don't know who the packer was).

I ordered the C&B baked beans and when they came they were only a 3 pack for 99p. The last time it was a 4 pack for the same price. This was my mistake as I just assumed it was the same as last time, so not really a good deal for me as we normally spend 33p on our beans anyway. But the kids and DH were very happy with the assorted sugar rush treats I'd got them!! :rotfl:

  • My last order just before Christmas turned up quickly and was well packed but something was missing. It was only worth 99p and given the Christmas stuff I still had to do I couldn't be bothered to query it. I'm not sure I'll bother using them again.
