With trepidation I've just ordered again (tempted by the discount). I've also sent an email reminding them about last time's disaster with broken jars, and requesting careful packaging. If anything is broken or missing (and no automatic refund forthcoming) this will be my last order.

I feel the same. I ordered because of the discount and the act that I had £9 in my account due to OOS and misdelivered items. If I have loads of missing/incorrect items I won't bother ordering again.

Me too! I'm still waiting for a reply to email and refund for missing items from my last two orders. Have ordered again as I really enjoy shopping at approved food but this will be the last time if problems aren't resolved. I will phone after Xmas but am annoyed at having to chase this up an email should have been enough.

Received my delivery this morning. Everything there and well packed. Lucky box fab too. Just need previous problems sorted with a refund for absent items and I will be a happy customer again.

I wonder when deliveries will restart now the bank holidays have finished. I ordered on 23 December (order no 82774) and it's showing as 'awaiting shippment'.

I ordered in October and had several things missing. I emailed 3 times and have not received a reply. Customer services are appalling. I wont be shopping with them again.

I got a reply within an hour, the day before christmas eve, lovely lady-Laura I think?
If it is since then, I do not think they are about?

Recently their CS has improved DRASTICALLY. I'd try one more time before leaving myself. Make the title of your email and don't just reply to theirs, seemed to work for me?

Hi,my order was was 23/12 and I couldnt track my order so I phoned approved foods this morning who were very helpful,they said the couriers were on holiday until the 4/1/11.
