  • Received my order 28 kilos bottles, tins, crisps packets etc all in perfect condition. Ordered a two dozen small glass coke bottles and each was individual wrapped in bubble wrap and all the crisps were in good condition and not crushed so no complaints here and delivered within the 1 hour time limit.

    Dear AF, I have now sent 4 emails about a refund. I get an automated reply then.................. Nothing.

    I know it isn't the a huge amount but I ordered items in good faith and one large item was not delivered and there were some damaged items.

    I am pretty disappointed and very unimpressed.

    I have very limited internet access at the moment and resent having to use precious internet time chasing up my refund.

    Can you please sort it out for me.

    I think AP have been quite sneaky. Last week they sent out an e-mail about a great offer on sharwoods korma sauce which was priced at 1p. I was not even thinking about placing an order but I must say it enduced me to do so. So my order arrived yesterday and guess what no sauce. I am quite disappointed because I suspect they did not have enough to go round but still it was not showing as out of stock. I would not have placed an order at all if not for that 1p sauce. I have e-mailed them about it but no reply. I am not happy to get 1p refund as I think it was quite underhand. I am thinking of going back to supermarkets now, at least then I can see what I am getting.

    my order has been sitting at the delivery depo since the weekend as we are snowed in :(

So you may just read the complaints, so what? Does that mean we shouldn't write about them? Whyever not!

    This is by and large a thread which is presumably checked regulalry by Approved Food staff and THAT is why I for one, post complaints...because i have trouble getting responses from anyone in their offices!
