My first order arrived today very well packed but unfortunately items were missing. This does not appear to be down to stock issues as the website still list the items as available and there is no comment on my delivery note.

I am rather disappointed in that the picker can miss a total of 9 items from my order.

I have sent an email to the address listed on the website and hope for a quick response.

3x Doritos Lightly Salted Corn chips 200g
6x Kelloggs Nutri Grain Strawberry 37g

I would appreciate if you could send out the above items asap or alternatively credit my Approved Foods account with 2x99p plus the applicable postage costs so I can reorder items to the equivalent value.

I had my first order arrive today. Everything was well packed including each of the bottles of hand soap being taped closed so as not to leak.

Some things aren't bargains but some are. The natural hand soap is so much cheaper than other places as is their natural sweetener. If you don't usually buy these types of products then they wouldn't seem cheap but if you know how much they usually are then they are bargains.

I was surprised it wasn't all junk food they do sell some organic and quality produce along side the crisps and stuff.

You will get a refund for the missing items but I am sure they don't resend missing stuff and I am not certain that they refund postage either.

When we credit your account in these circumstances we include extra to cover some of the shipping charge.

I've had 2 orders from AF recently, waiting delivery of the third which I ordered on 25th; very pleased with all items I've received and only one thing out of stock (showed limited on the website when I ordered) and immediate refund so I'm very happy

I had emails with the tracking number and after about 9am I was able to to see the one-hour delivery slot on the courier site (DPD) - both orders delivered within the time slot

I'm another waiting to hear about my refund from over a week ago. Concerned when I've heard others have their refunds from contacting after me.

Anyway, AP foods perhaps you could look into my refund now.

Said through your contact us form that I would like a paypal refund and not credit to my account.

Might be worth mentioning to the packer Steve that, despite packing other breakables really well in bubble wrap, the Ltre dressing really does need wrapping as the mess is incredible when they break. Sadly this bottle was left with just tape round the lid for some reason.

Just wanted to give you some good feedback, my order
arrived yesterday, well packed by FOX and no items missing

Order arrived on 23rd looked like there should have been two parcels but only one received with stuff missing. DPD advised 2nd parcel not given to them. Emailed Tuesday, but no response as yet. (Order Ref:75308)
