Got my order yesterday but the tortilla wraps were out of stock :(. That's the main thing I really wanted. I ordered a case of smarties thinking it'll be a whole box but there were just 36 loose pack in my parcel!! They said they'll refund the price. Does anyone know if the money goes back into paypal or as a credit on my account?

My account was finally credited with £3 so i placed a further 2 orders this afternoon when i noticed that their shipping is once again HALF PRICE (i think until Thursday). At least it DID say that on their site until i just checked the website, now i can't find it, but the National Rate still shows as £2.59 so it's all good.

Amongst other things I ordered Vinegar as i use a lot of it for chutney making and for cleaning so i hope it is delivered intact this time, i have requested that the outside of the boxes be marked 'this way up' as last time they were delivered on my doorstep wrong side up and leaking all over the place.

OKAY, now this is really taking the mick...i was swayed by the half price delivery offer and placed 2 orders, as stated in post above. Today 1 of my orders was delivered, and the 4 x vinegar (2.5 litres) which i ordered ...and which took up 20kg (yes, work that one out why don't you approved food!!!) and guess what? Only 1 of the vinegar arrived. What an absolute ruddy joke. I don't even want the other order, wherever the hell that is, as that should also contain 4 x 2.5 litres of red wine vinegar...and if this delivery is anything to go by i won't get what i ordered...AGAIN.

I've well and truly had just about enough of this.

My order number is 75768 and my order was packed by 'Russ'. APPROVED FOOD if you are reading this please get back to me before the end of the day. (I am writing this here as it last took over two weeks to get 3£ credited to my account by emailing the company).

Sorry about this, Katholicos. I've only just seen your post (late Wednesday) and have passed it on to the office staff, who will deal with it in the morning.

I have actually placed two orders this month( One for my mother)

But they no longer seem to have the bargains they used to have!

I think if you have a discount store nearby ie Home Bargains or B&M then you can get the same items cheaper there, otherwise it is ok for those without these stores.

They def don't have the same bargains as they had when they first started.

I bought lots of tins of soup which were dirt cheap along with the packets of flavoured rice, pasta in sauce etc.

It's a pity we can't get those offers again as they would def persuade people to buy more from the site.
