Just unpacked an order, beautifully packed by Russ :A
It came DPD next day delivery, don't know if that's a new thing or because I had 4 spuds in it?

Now, what to do with a 3kg tin of crushed pineapple :D

Order 3kg of cream and add to the pineapple and really pig out!:rotfl:

Ages since I've ordered with AP foods and I can't remember how long after you get the text with the tracking number from Dan that your order arrives. He sent it early this morning.
Is it the next day? Nothing showing when I key in the DPD tracking number yet.
I can track by clicking on the email link on the morning of delivery - once the driver has planned his route the time for delivery comes up. Got a new driver now, but the old one said he never left the depot before 9am so I knew it wasn't going to be dead early as depot is 30 miles away.

Hi...just wanted to say that I have ordered off 'Approved Food' a few times and have always been happy with the products and service.
I received an order today and was particularly impressed with the packaging this time (thanks Steve), even the bleach kitchen cleaner was received in a sealed plastic bag.
I would be quick to complain if things were wrong, so its only fair to give a thumbs up when they are right.:)

I did my first order just before Halloween and everything bar one item arrived well packed and correct ( we were missing a pack of lollies but to be honest I forgot to email about so can't complain about not getting a refund or anything so no idea how they do handle that side of things) I ordered the box of focaccia mix / pizza dough and bread rolls and although they are now taking up floor space in my living room they are lovely once cooked.
The easy garlic was another bargin and they also did basil stock cubes

I called the day after my order so see if I could add something and could not have had better customer service so I am really please and will be using them again.

I'm still waiting for some sort of confirmation that my order will be delivered. I ordered it on 14th and they took the paypal money straight away. The last time I ordered from them it was delivered within 2 days. I've tried to call them but just get a message saying I can't leave a message and to call back!! So I emailed them. Will wait to see what they say.
