My local courier must be brilliant because I never have a problem.

I placed my order last week... I had a text message Friday morning to say exactly what time it would be arriving in the afternoon. I got home in the evening to a note informing me my neighbour had it. Everything was beautifully packaged and as expected .

Anyway, back to my comment:
I bought the ten-pack of travel tissues because I currently have sinusitis, but they are poor quality. A bit like school toilet paper (not the scratchy shiny stuff though! :eek:).

I saw those and my sons would love them but I was put off as they are 3 months out of date! Would a muffin still be nice that out of date?

I haven't tried these but have had cakes well out of date. They must be full of preservatives because they were fine.

I have emailed you twice about items charged for but missing from my order which arrived last Friday, and still had no reply. Can you let me know whether you will be refunding the cost or sending on the missing items please? Order number was 70702.

Is anyone else having problems getting the AF site to load? Each time it lets me look at 3 or 4 pages and then goes to an error message saying site can't be accessed. Had this problem each time I've tried for the last couple of days.

Have had 3 orders from them and every order has had items missing,
have e:mailed them without reply, have rang them, managed to speak to someone who promised a refund for the last shortage.

A week later still no refund, and have tried ringing them again but all I get is a recorded message saying you cannot leave a message.

I buy online all the time and this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Still yet to get any refund for any shortage I have suffered.

Not a way to run a business
