Just had an order delivered and i'm well impressed with this company, will be back for more!

Thanks to Dan who packed my order.
  • I haven't shopped with approved food for a while because my experiences were a bit variable....things arriving broken because they hadn't been packed properly etc. I have just received an order today and am really impressed with how things have changed in the last year. My stuff was packed really well...by fox... and I was sent a text and email letting me know the one hour delivery slot (10.32-11.32am) AND the guy arrived at 10.32 precisely! Really great, the food is fab too. Brilliant and highly recommended :-)

Just a thought but maybe some bad parcels are down to the courier, i know when mine was delivered he practically threw it over the doorstep, i asked him if it was too heavy for him lol and moved it myself. All the jars i ordered had heavy duty tape around the lids but if a courier wants to play football with your parcel then inevitably some things will end up broken.

We nearly always hear from customers when things go wrong so it's fantastic to read all these comments; they certainly motivate the staff to try even harder. Many thanks for the positive feedback.

Hi there, i emailed you 3 days ago and still haven't had a response. I emailed through your website and also from my email account. Not sure why i've not heard anything and i am a bit disappointed in not receiving a response at all. I don't have the time to email over and over and to not receive a response, so please could you sort this out for me. It is regarding order number: 68590.

    Thanks in advance.

i think the courier is the main problem, i love AF but as the last delivery had been thrown around so much a few of the items had been damaged and leaked. there were no problems with the packaging but the damage was caused by the packages being mishandled by the courier.

Keep up the good work guys!

I think it would help if orders were divided among smaller packages as Big brands for less seem to do. That way, if something breaks, fewer other things are damaged, and it's easier for the courier to handle too.
The disadvantage would be that there's more chance of parcels getting lost.

Thanks Approved Food ....but it's 10.10pm and i've not heard from you. You may however, have tried via phone and i don't always have that with me..well i do, but it sometimes has to be on silent, in which instance i wouldn't hear it. Email is probably best for contacting me though. :)
