my parcel arrived safely and intact
Slightly mystified as my dear husband unpacked it all before I got to it, the excitement of a giant box of food was too much for him to resist
T bags were out of stock and I'd ordered a lucky box, so I have no idea what the substitution was and/or what was in the lucky box... The packing slip was unwritten on! All very bargainiferous though. I wonder what shop and scan will make of it all :rotfl:0 -
I've received two orders today.
In the first box a 2kg bottle of carrot soup had split and run out of the box it had been packed in and into another box where it had covered several packets of chewing gum and some peanuts - one packet was split and the soup got inside. (packer = Aaron)
In the second box there were 3 layers. The first consisted of jars of antipasta (mushrooms, tomatoes etc in oil). Underneath that we fount the crisps. Because the boxes aren't taped the weight of the items in the top layer had squashed the delicates underneath. The bottom layer contained boxes of tea. (packer = Andy G aka 'numpty')
It's the second delivery in a row that something has broken and leaked 'in transit'.
I know they'll refund but actually I wanted the food, not a refund!Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan
