Ive ordered a lot last year and sometimes i had an hour slot, sometimes i didnt. It varies a lot.

It used to be that you got a one hour slot Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but not Thursday or Friday. So I try to place my order on Friday but last time I didn't get an hour slot and it was delivered Tuesday, so perhaps they've changed again

It seems to depend which courier they're using that week.

Lucky boxes- the chance to put their mouldy food in something and pretend its new

I bought some pumpkin cookies from them a while back, 80% had mould on them. Put me off

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, Pawsies. Did you open a customer service ticket regarding your order? We certainly do not put mouldy food in our lucky boxes. We make every effort to ensure the high quality of all goods leaving our warehouse. If a sub-standard product does inadvertently go out, we always credit or refund the customer if the matter is brought to our attention.

I am waiting for my second order from approved foods and I must say that I was very pleased with the products I got in my first order and my kids are impressed too!

Looking forward to seeing what I have got in my lucky box

Has anybody tried the coffee whitener? I ordered 6 packs and thought I was getting an absolute bargain, as I rarely manage to use up a carton of fresh milk before it gets past its best. I decanted the first pack into a screw-top jar ready to use. When I did use it, I was so disappointed. It had a weird aftertaste, which made my coffee undrinkable. To date, I have been happy with what I have received from AF, but I wonder if occasionally things which seem too cheap to be true are false economy.
