I ordered 2 cans of soya whipped cream . I read the instructions ( take out of the fridge 25 mins before using give the can one hefty shake pointing downwards ) but only a small amount came out of one can and probably about a third came out of the other . Seems like theres no more "gas" or whatever it is that makes the cream come out under pressure . Im really miffed as what I did manage to get out was lovely .
Has anyone else had the same problem ?
Is it fair to ask AF for credit ?0 -

I ordered from AF last week for the first time and overall I am delighted. I got some great bargains, especially the sorts of high quality food that is usually much more expensive. The delivery arrived on time without any problems.
Most of the packing was very good. Glass items were carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and packed tightly. One box contained tins and plastic jars of mayonnaise. These were not packed well and arrived damaged but AF is as good as their word and have credited my account for the full amount. I will definitely order from them again.0 -
Hi same problem as mochyn88 for me.
My order arrived one of the boxes was bashed and there were things missing. I raised a ticket and have since been told that a credit has been made to my account.
However the missing items are still showing on the website as available. I asked in the ticket if I could just have the missing items sent to me but am told this is not possible.
So I went to reorder them and now need to pay £5.25 postage, how can this be fair? why should I be out of pocket for something not my error?
Why does the money just get credited to my approved food account? Is that even legal?
Surely good customer service is either a proper refund back to my bank account or correcting the order?

the email, very nice:)0 -
I first ordered with AF in about October this year. I thought it was great, things we use delivered for us and for less than the usual cost. Got texts to say it was coming, it arrived when it said and the delivery guy brought it in for me since I'm tiny and the box was huge. Brilliant, I thought. And later, tried to order again.
Tried to.
The site kept logging me out as soon as I clicked anything (now, it won't even log me in, it just refreshes the page).
I opened a support ticket, adding a message for each week it went unanswered (whilst missing out on things I'd wanted to order AND on several promotions). Until I got bored and gave up being completely ignored.
Turns out, it may be our internet provider blocking the site, fair enough as we use a group provider at a university. HOWEVER, I had a relative place my order for me, using my account. It seemed to go ok, it allowed items to be added to basket and payment to be taken...
Yep, they've taken payment. But not sent me a confirmation email. I have nothing from them. I've had no texts to say when delivery will be. This was at the weekend. I emailed this morning to say I'm peeved but it happens that emails go to "support tickets" which I know full well get ignored so I've had to open a dispute with paypal.
After the brilliant service on the first order, I'm thoroughly disappointed and won't be using the site again.

Darkangel, I can assure you that support tickets are not ignored but I have passed on your post to the Customer Service Dept.“Official Company Representative
