My order was left in my backyard through the night while I was


sitting at home for 2 days waiting for it to arrive.
The following day I got a text message on my mobile that it had been delivered.
Thankfully it had not rained that night.What an appalling service!

What baffles me is I get sent a message on order 386918 that an item is not available and a credit is raised for your next visit but on revisiting the site the item is still available.As I am a pensioner the delivery charge of £5.25 is very expensive.Is this a scam to get you to order more?

Sorry about this and the delay in replying but I wanted to check out the reason. It seems there were some stock control issues early in the week, which have been sorted now.
I can assure you that this in not a scam; we do not make any money on the delivery charge and certainly never withhold items so that our customers have to reorder. Unfortunately errors do occur sometimes but we are constantly striving to prevent them.
