Very sorry to hear that some of your biscuits were mouldy, Possession. It is certainly not our policy to send out any defective goods - quite the opposite - but mistakes can happen. When they do we are happy to refund payment, although most customers seem to prefer credit plus a small extra for the inconvenience.

Basket Charging Wrong Prices

I have just posted the following on the AF Forum - so just a cut and paste for here:-

"I have gone through the first 10 items in my basket and 8 of them were wrong. Im not just talking about by a penny or two, some items had £1 added to them. Ive now gone through half the basket and had to change the amount of the product ordered, update basket, then go back and change back to amount that i wanted, update again and this seemed to put the right price in. Not sure if it will stay though. When you click on the product description in the basket, to double check the price, you are no longer able to do this and have to go through a new search. Its annoying to say the least, when i am finding loads of items wrongly priced and am having to do multiple searches. Also, tried to search an item in my basket via main search, it did not find it. So i went into a previous order and clicked on it from there and found i had the last 2, but this did not tell me that in my basket. Im now wondering how long this has been going on mischarging people, im sure its just recent with the change in basket and totally accidental, might just check my last order, when i get a mo, to make sure. Anyone else experiencing this ???".

EDIT - just went back into my basket and its back to being the wrong prices. To give you an example, my first 4 items have overcharged me by £2.91. It would appear the multiby function is not working (or in some cases). Im not gonna bother going through it to change it again. Please can you sort it AF.

I hate not being able to see the details of a product that's in my basket. Unless this gets fixed, I can't see me ordering in future, as it makes such a performance out of trying trying to place the order as SaveDosh has explained.

I just got a big order with lots of cozzo drinks and thought people may like to know what they are like. They are still diluted juice with bits of fruit in them. My son says they are the same as drinks sold at his school dinners. The chunks of apple take a bit of getting used to, but I quite like them now. The apple flavour hs coconut gel in it (I think it's a poor translation) and again this is good rather than weird. I think they are a good buy for packed lunches. Hope the basket glitch is sorted soon.

Hi Shewho... Sorry to hear the problem persists - has got worse in fact, if you can't access the forum. I'll pass on this post to Dan and the tech guys in the hope that they can solve it. Meanwhile, keep on saving!

This happened to our account last year-- was in hubby`s name but just refused to log in or play sensibly. We re-registered using my details (same credit card so not the problem) and everything has worked ok since. {pity we cant say the same for new delivery company} :mad:

I would shop regularly at Approved Food if their delivery prices weren't so high or if they could at least offer a half price delivery if you only have a very small amount of shopping etc.

Their prices are good but once you factor in the cost of delivery it's just not worth it in the end...

So is it definite now that we no longer get prior notice of an hour slot or even a delivery day for our deliveries with this new courier?
