Memory-foam mattress topper and only one pillow. The less my head's lifted up, the less my neck hurts when I wake up, and the mattress topper offers good support.Homosexual, Unitarian, young, British, female, disabled. Do you need more?0

hi blackpaw, i havent got a clue, my doc is thinking its arthritis, but he isnt too sure yet, which is why is he is sending me to rheumatology, i just wish i knew what was causing the pain and stiffness as to me it would be easier for me to handle the problems than the not knowing0

the doc has me on tramadol and diclofenac which only takes the edge off the pains and the tramadol gives me almighty itches which drives me crazier than i already am .

Hi everyone:D
Lamewolf I may have seen my dog with Mr LW's watch in which case he REALLY doesn't want it back:rotfl:
Was feeling good today so we took the kids to the park. It was really busy but I saw a bench with just one woman sat at the end so I hobbled over with my stick. I went to sit down and she said oh I'm saving that seat for my husband and children they are just over there playing. Me being me found myself apologising and hobbling off again:mad:
Why can't I be more forceful and stand up for myself. I ended up having to sit on the floor so now I am in agony and can barely move:(
On a positive note we picked our first strawberries from the garden. Have you any idea how hard it is to share 2 strawberries between 5 people:rotfl:
Gentle hugs for all who need them.0 -

i have just read this so sorry for butting in but Botox for me works ,i have it every 3 months and its brilliant.Well worth the pain at the time it literally turns the nerve ending off ,(like on forehead). i have that on my neck and shoulders my consultant is brill he first touches the sore points (And i almost jump off the chair) and makes a mark with a pen ,then bingo he injects the spots he marked.quite often i know hes found the spot as i get goose bumps down my arm.
literally i feel better before ive left the room.
I say give it a try.0
