Tesco misprice discussion area part 9

I know this isn't really a missprice question. But has anyone ever had a problem returning a console and game that they have later decided that they no longer wanted.

Any horror stories?

As long as you return it, in its original condition unopened with your receipt within 28 days of your purchase........their own policy says they will refund your purchase price....some people have even gained on the deal as the discounted £20 was given back by mistake......

The only horror Ive read about this was a recent post where a known RnRer was refused.....but then you could just go to another store....but legally(their own rules) they will refund.

I returned a phone the other day...the lady didnt ask for the free £20 airtime voucher....so I didnt offer her it......

If I was aware I wouldn't dream of it if it's any reassurance to you, I'd extend that courtesy to any store spa was responsible for also.

Asked the question on here a while back asking if Tesco would refund on food and drink... Seems they do, as they refunded me for 4 boxes of After eight Mints, 4 of the eight which didn't have the incorrect discount

With reference to the beer and wine offers.... Do you check for a multibuy pricing error ( at the tills ) before you fill your trollies or take the chance that you pick up on a bargain ?

Had a load of PM's off the guy mentioned above, and getting sick of it, as he wont post his questions on the forum.....his latest remark is

"see your still at it then when i told u you get banned from one Tesco youre banned from all"

He cant see reason on this....and insists that if a person is banned from one Tesco store, he is automatically banned from them all......

I accept that that can happen, but as Constantine replied yesterday....it would have to be something serious.......

So come one jasey01....make your questions public...or please "button it"

I checked the Fosters on Friday( on the scanner), but risked the out of date Sel on the WKD...

sorry misread....What do you mean multibuy....2 for 1 or 2 for a certain price..or the like

How can RnR ing be a crime if Tesco's have it as part of their policy.
