What do you reckon?
How much did Tesco lose yesterday with PSPs?
Or I could just keep posting here.....

IMHO Tesco will not get their act together with misprices - they may improve - they may sort out consoles for a couple of months - but they will continue to fail with their Price Integrity.
I remember reading many years ago about a family who used to take advantage of sainsburys when they had the same policy. They bought a lot of tinned stuff and gave it to charities. Anyway, Sainsburys asked them to point out the wrong ones, which they did, one store had like 300 mistakes. The family continued to get their refunds. They were noticing stuff still wrong weeks after giving them the list of misprices. Sainsburys in the end banned them from the store.0 -

Joanne also told me that this PSP incident has highlighted the whole of the mispricing situation in Tesco as a whole and been reported to the Board. So shortly there might be some slow down of RnRs as a whole if Tesco DO finally wake up and smell the coffee.
Maybe also highlight to the board that their customer service is adhering to the policy is shockingly !!!!!!0 -

They're trying to tell me that i've bought the wrong console. I bought the one at £179.97 and apparantly the offer is on the more expensive product. He's phoning the store now to verify the point of sale (not sure what that means tbh)
Well that was lucky!
The store has removed all their point of sale labels so they can't verify if the PSP was in the wrong place.
He also said that they're stopped all PSP promotions and they wont be running any future ones because of these issues.
Result for me though0 -
